Twenty-two Recipients of our Lifetime Achievement ('The Hubie') Award!

Each year, the Board considers exceptional examples of long-term, sustained contributions that have been instrumental in moving our Ag Society forward. In 2009, to recognize the exceptional service not only to our Ag Society but throughout our District, the Gerry Patsula Community Gardens were dedicated in his memory and honour. Also that year, our first Lifetime Members were announced:Lorie Goudreau, Raven Anaka, Rosaire Tessier, Mickey Johnston, Bruce Walker, and Harry Zuzak. In 2010, Loretta Martin and Robert (Bob) Black joined this distinguished group. In 2011, Newbie Hubies are Kim LaChappelle and Don Schiewe (our first wife and husband team), Sandee Horneman and Gary Abraham. In 2012, these fine folks welcomed Bill Ostapek, John Bryson, Linda Robinson, Debbie Nyman and Jim Hiley. In 2017, five more incredible people received their Hubie - Julia and Lloyd Delude, Lois Watson, Charles Fensky and Mary-Ann McDonald. You won't find a better bunch of volunteers anywhere, period!
