Parade Insurance Form 2025 if:  your organization has insurance coverage; one or more vehicles will be part of your entry, including vehicular power for a float; trailers and similar conveyances are part of your entry; or your entry includes horses.

Participants in the parade also acknowledge that all motorized vehicles used to tow or mechanize floats or otherwise used as part of the parade entry have valid insurance coverage and will be operated by a person(s) with valid Driver’s License. Proof of liability insurance coverage for all motorized and trailer-type vehicles is required for each entry. Equine entries must also provide proof of AEF or equivalent insurance.Provide insurance information in the form below.
