Membership Registration

STEP 3: If you are renewing your registration, or simply checking if you have registered before, follow these steps:

• Click on the 'Search' button to the right of the Customer Login field in the Register screen.
• In the Search window that pops up, type in your Last Name and click on the 'CHECK' button.  Make sure that you spell it exactly as you have in the past.
• A list of names and login information will appear if you have registered before.
• From this list, select the name that you want to use -- make sure that it is your name and contact information.  Some of you will have your name listed 2 or 3 times with different login codes because you registered as a 'New Customer' more than once.  After you select the Login Name and Code that you want to use, click 'CLOSE WINDOW".  This will send you to Step 5.
• Optional -- to search through a long list of names and codes, add your First Name to the Search window.  Or you can type in your Email address or Telephone number as well.  However, you might find that your Last Name is all you need.
• If your Search yields no names, then go to Step 4.

STEP 4: If you are a new registrant, click on “New Customer”. Follow the instructions by entering your First Name, Last Name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.  When all information has been filled in, click on “SIGN UP”.

Either method, whether you are a returning or new registrant, will get you a Login Code and take you to the ‘REGISTER’ screen (STEPS 5-12 below).  Here you will supply more information about yourself, and family members if you add them to your registration.

STEP 5. Membership Type – Choose one of the four options that are shown in the drop down list.  If you are the primary registrant (person registering a family) you MUST choose one of Full (Adult), Volunteer (Adult), or Senior before adding any family members.  Junior members cannot be the primary registrant.

• Full (Adult 18 & over) Membership - volunteer commitment not required, $60
• Volunteer (Adult 18 & over) Membership - 6 hours or more volunteer time required  $25
• Junior (12-17) Membership  $15
• Senior (65+) Membership - volunteer commitment not required  $25

STEP 6. [Promo Code – is only for Lifetime members so leave it blank (special instructions were sent to Lifetime members via separate email).]

STEP 7. Affiliation – lots of options from which to choose; see the drop down list. Most of you will choose one of the following three. Note that there are other options to identify equine and canine clubs, and various joint affiliations.

• Beaumont & District Ag Society (BADAS)
• Gerry Patsula Community Gardens (GPCG)
• BADAS/GPCG (joint interests)

STEP 8. Privacy,  Contact, and Refund Policies – confirm reading and agreeing to the Privacy,  Contact, and Refund Policies.

STEP 9. Note – if you have a comment or note to send to the Administrator – i.e. the General Manager – type it in the box provided.

STEP 10. If you want to add a family member, click on ADD PERSON.  If you are adding more family members, click on “ADD PERSON” for each family member you want to add.  If you are the only family member registering as a BADAS member, proceed to “CONFIRM”.

STEP 11. ADD PERSON – you will be re-directed back to the ‘Register’ screen where you will repeat items #5 through #10 for a second family member, then a 3rd, and so on until all family members are entered. Then click on ‘CONFIRM’. Follow instructions. If the person being added is NOT a Lifetime member, ignore ‘Promo Code’.

STEP 12. CONFIRM – Once you have completed all registration information for the family, whether one person or several, you must end the registration process by clicking on “CONFIRM”. This will take you to the ‘PAYMENT’ screen.

STEP 13. You have the option of choosing MasterCard or Visa to pay any remaining fees, which should max out at $120 if you chose the Full (Adult) membership type for yourself and other family members.  Follow the on-screen instructions.  Lifetime members will be added to the fee calculation as $0.

STEP 14. PAY BY CHEQUE option – If you have already paid your fees by cheque, cash, or eTransfer directly to BADAS, or wish to pay using one of these direct payment methods, the final option at the bottom of the ‘PAYMENT’ screen is NO PAYMENT.  Clicking this option, or any of the other payment options, will complete the BADAS Membership Registration process.

STEP 15. Email Confirmation – Email confirmation of the membership registration will be sent to you as the primary registrant, and to the BADAS Admin email (General Manager/Treasurer).
