Summer Cinema Drive-In Fundraiser at the BADAS Fairgrounds

Beaumont & District Agricultural Society (BADAS) is embarking on a new fundraiser – Summer Cinema Drive-In Fundraiser. The first in what we hope will become a series of drive-in movie nights is scheduled for July 9.

Details:

• We will have a large, one-of-a-kind, LED daylight, movie screen on site for this event!
• We are showing a double feature with a cars theme! First up (July 9) we have a classic but always amazing “Cars” as our kids’ choice followed by another amazing classic “Gone in 60 Seconds” for the adults.
• Parking passes are for sale for each movie, early and late (2 passes needed for both). Whether you have 2, 4, 6, or more people in your vehicle, the price is the same. There are 2 types of parking passes available:
  – General Parking Pass – First come first parked basis; vehicles will be parked by size but the earlier you arrive the better space you get.
  – VIP Parking Pass – Limited number of spaces up front in a reserved front row, you can come at any time and your space will be reserved for you. These spaces do not obstruct the view of those behind them. This is a premium spot!

Movie start times are as follows:

• Early movie – 6:30 PM
• Late movie – 9:45 PM

All proceeds from the movies will go directly to funding projects currently underway on the BADAS grounds. We are raising money to grow and expand the services and events we wish to provide to the communities all around us. Check out our social media feeds to see what we are getting up to!
