Welcome 2025 Board of Directors and General Manager to our 35th Year!
After 35 years as a society, 2025 marks a year of growth and succession. General Manager Bruce Walker has contributed significantly with many others to the Beaumont & Districts Agricultural Societies success and contribution to the quality of life in our community. He has supported the needs of the board, membership, and our community with on-site support from Dennis Madu and countless volunteers. BADAS welcomes new General Manager Terra Pombert who will mentor with Bruce over the next year as part of our succession plan and aims to remain active to support growth in the coming years. Bruce has moved onto the board and will serve as treasurer in 2025.
The AGM on January 25th was a success with delicious pot luck meal provided by members and volunteers and roasted chicken and beef provided by BADAS. This year we welcomed 4 new directors to our board, Jones Orock, Patience Mbua, Paul Muyres and Cindy Erdosi, who has also stepped up to chair our Community Engagement Committee.
