MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

Equine Waiver Form – completed in full and signed by each rider prior to the first ride of the year.  Use the online version – participant or parent/guardian signature only, no witness required. View the Waiver Here  >

AEF insurance (or equivalent) – current number clearly entered on Waiver.

Riding Fee and Payment – $25 per horse-rider per session for the X-C Course. Fee is $15 for 1 sand ring, $25 for both sand rings. GST is not charged. Payment options:

• Groups with 5 riders and more – we prefer that the booking group collects from each participant and pays for the group, either by cheque or e-Transfer.
• Cheque – make out to BADAS or Beaumont & District Ag Society.
• e-Transfer – to bo******@be***************.com. Include a note about your session (e.g., X-C schooling) and its date.
